How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS users: Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Smart Strength → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Web users: Sign in to the app, go to Profile, scroll down to the Subscription section, and tap “Manage subscription”. You'll be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom “Danger Zone”, and tap “Delete my account”. This permanently removes your profile, training history, and all logged data. If you have an active Apple subscription, please cancel it separately in iOS Settings — Apple does not allow third parties to cancel App Store subscriptions on a user's behalf.

I forgot my password

Tap “Forgot password?” on the login screen and enter your email. We'll send you a password reset link. If you signed up with Google or Apple, sign in using that same provider — there's no password to reset.

My Whoop / Renpho / Strava connection broke

These integrations occasionally need to be refreshed. Go to Profile → Integrations, tap the affected integration, and reconnect it. If the problem persists, email us and we'll dig in.

I'm not getting confirmation emails

Check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it after 5 minutes, email us at support@brainbuilder.io with the email address you used to sign up — we can manually confirm your account.

Refunds

iOS purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Smart Strength charge, and request a refund.

Web (Stripe) purchases: Email us within 7 days of your charge for a full refund, no questions asked.
